This page explains how geoME users can request deletion of their account and associated data.
To request deletion of your geoME account, send an email to:

When your account deletion request is verified and processed, we will delete or anonymize account data associated with your geoME account, which may include:
Some data may be retained when required for legitimate business, legal, security, fraud-prevention, tax, accounting, or compliance purposes. This may include:
Subscription management, cancellation, refunds, and purchase history may also remain subject to Google Play policies.
We aim to process verified account deletion requests within a reasonable period, usually within 30 days, unless a longer period is required by law, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or technical backup retention.
Deleting your geoME account does not automatically cancel an active Google Play subscription. To avoid future charges, you must also manage or cancel your subscription through Google Play:
